- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Slow staff, I walked in and was the only person there. It took them 5 minutes to produce a single piece of paper to get my basic information and schedule a date for install. After completing, I waited another 5 minutes for them to take the completed form. I was very clearly complete as I wandered around their tiny front area, looking at brochures to waste the time. There is like 5 people all sitting in direct sight and none of them even acknowledged my presence. Customer service skills = 0 ..... if they weren't my only option I'd be with UVerse. Only reason they get a 3rd star? Their install guy was pretty cool.By Alex Mercer, August 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been using SB Cable for years. I love that it's a local company and the in home service is pretty good. However, my Wi-Fi goes out several times a week and when it does, it's usually after hours. Good luck trying to get someone to help over the phone because the hold time is unbearable.
